Player & Coach Selection
In the 6 years that I've been involved, this is the fairest selection process that I've seen for All-stars. I have never seen the kids vote and match up with the actual All-star picks from coaches until now, it happens every year now.
Below is how teams are picked.

Majors 1st Team
The 12 best players were placed on the 1st All-star team.
Majors 2nd Team
The next 12 best players were placed on the 2nd All-star team.

Minors 1st Team
The 12 best players were placed on the 1st All-star team.

Minors 2nd Team
The next 12 best players were placed on the 2nd All-star team.
